This piece was designed for a collecter of Neon Signs. It became a 10 foot x 8 foot vinyl banner for a local exhibition of her collection. I was fortunate enough, while riding my bike around East Boston to see this 50's cica (motel most likely) neon diver mounted to a steel pedastal in that artist's section of the waterfront. I went home, got my camera and returned to take a night shot. I then mounted it against a space backround. She was very pleased.
